You now have the option to order from any of these amazing brands directly, or order from them all together… in one order! If your friend wants a Chef Nuit’s pad thai and you want a Mandy’s salad, you can get it all together through Kitchen Hub Food Hall. Everyone wins. 

For restaurants, we provide state of the art kitchens and spaces so that you can grow your brand,  customer base, and business. It’s your chefs, your menu, your food. We enable you to reach new customers, join a community, and do it all in a way that makes takeout and delivery seamless and profitable.

Every restaurant at Kitchen Hub has their own kitchen with their own chefs. Their chefs cook your food using the same recipes you can find at any of their other locations. Kitchen Hub Food Hall brings them all together, and ensures your order is accepted and assembled with care.

You bet, both are possible! The best way to order from Kitchen Hub Food Hall is through our website. Once you land on our menu page, you’ll see a button that says “Pickup For Today ASAP”. If you want to place an order for delivery instead, just click that button and enter your address.

Plan to pick-up and no time to order in advance? No problem! Order on-site with one of our kiosks. You can also find us on third party apps, but ordering through our website or kiosks will provide a better customer service experience. Whenever possible, ordering before you arrive will provide the ultimate convenience in your takeout experience!

At this time we cannot accept orders over the phone.

The best way to order from Kitchen Hub Food Hall is through our website. At this time, we cannot accept orders for pick up or delivery over the phone, as our front of house team is busy assembling orders with care, and ensuring they are sent accurately and at peak freshness! If there is a technical issue we should know about, and none of our FAQs provide a solution, please let us know.

Kitchen Hub uses a delivery partner to offer delivery through our website. When those providers are really busy, they restrict our delivery radius. This means that sometimes places that can normally order delivery from Kitchen Hub Food Hall would only be able to order pickup. We know. We don’t like it either.

Right now, Kitchen Hub Food Hall has three locations: Liberty Village, Castlefield and Maple. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop about new locations and restaurant openings.

We don’t have the ability for customers to pre-order… For now. Please follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop about when pre-orders can be placed.

We are sorry to hear you’re looking for a refund. If you ordered from any of our restaurants directly, please follow up with the provider (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) you ordered through, or the restaurant themselves. If you ordered from Kitchen Hub Food Hall on any Third Party App (Uber, DoorDash etc.), please reach out directly to their customer support. Unfortunately we are unable to provide customized support for orders placed on these channels - and encourage you to order directly through us next time around.

For orders placed through kitchenhub.com or in person, refunds can take between 9 to 14 business days. For refunds on orders placed through a Third Party App, please reach out directly to those providers to confirm when your refund will be processed.

We want to be able to offer our customers a great digital ordering experience, without having to rely entirely on apps like UberEats, DoorDash, and SkipTheDishes. Like all technology, our website has fees that we cannot control. The fee you see at checkout is a built-in fee by our partner that makes this ordering tool accessible to us! We deeply appreciate our loyal customers ordering through us directly.

Yes you can! Gift cards are available for purchase on our website. You can click the link, here. Please note, gift cards purchased on our website are only valid for orders placed on our website. They will not work for phone or in-store orders, or on any apps like UberEats, DoorDash, and SkipTheDishes.
